Hello and welcome to The Den Wellness Center website!

I am Ms. Bustamante,  your Student Wellness Specialist (SWS) at Rancho Campana High School. My job is to help support your overall wellness, and this website is here for you so that you can find tools and strategies for managing your emotions and feelings and have access to mental health support 24/7.

The Den is here to provide a safe space for you to express and share your feelings and to help you find mental health information and resources. It is open school days during school hours and is located in C1-115. It is available for drop in during nutrition and lunch, or you may fill out the Calendly form to make an appointment with me.
