We are asking that parents review the check-list to ensure their child is healthy and ready to learn at OVES. We know that the check-list encompasses many symptoms that parents already check for but we want to provide families with safety guidelines regarding COVID-19. The form is for parent use only. Nothing needs to be turned into the school.
