Students who live within the OVSD attendance boundaries and would like to attend a school other than their school of residence, may submit an Intradistrict Transfer Request online.

Finalize enrollment at the school of residence
Complete an online Intradistrict Transfer Request accessible through the Parent Portal at portal.ovsd.org

Students residing outside OVSD
If you reside outside the Ocean View School District attendance area and wish your child to attend on of our schools you will need to complete an Interdistrict Transfer Request.

Steps to Submit an Interdistrict Transfer
OVSD will begin to accept Interdistrict Transfer Requests for the 2021-2022 school year on Monday, March 1, 2021.
Obtain and submit an Interdistrict Transfer Request from your district of residence (please do this as soon as possible)
Beginning March 1, 2021 submit Interdistrict Transfer form and supporting documents* via email, dropbox, or in person at Building C of the OVSD District Office
