About Overflow Recovery Support Services, Inc.
At Overflow Recovery Support Services, Inc., we believe recovery and healing are journeys best walked together. Founded with the vision of creating safe, supportive, and empowering spaces, Overflow exists to bridge the gap for individuals and families facing addiction, grief, and life’s most difficult transitions.
We are a peer-led, community-driven nonprofit committed to providing trauma-informed support that meets people where they are. Through connection, compassion, and culturally grounded care, we work to create ripples of hope that extend throughout our community.
Our Mission
Our mission is to stand with you as you rediscover your own strength. At Overflow, we provide the steady compassion and unconditional support you need to turn your potential into stable, lasting reality. Overflowing lives with healing, purpose, and transformation.
Our Story
Overflow was born out of a simple but powerful idea: recovery is not just about overcoming challenges — it’s about building a life full of purpose, resilience, and connection. In Sequoyah County and surrounding areas, we saw a need for more accessible, inclusive resources for individuals and families navigating recovery.
What began as conversations between people passionate about healing has grown into a nonprofit that now offers a wide variety of support opportunities — from peer recovery groups and NA/Al-Anon meetings, life skills & job readiness classes, mental health workshops, arts and crafts programs, and faith-based ministries. Each step forward is fueled by the belief that every person has the strength and worth to build a healthier future.
Welcome Home
You don't have to be alone anymore. We believe that everyone has the power to heal, but nobody should have to do it alone. Overflow is a place where your past is met with compassion and your future is met with commitment. We're here to provide the solid ground you need, so you can focus on what matters most: becoming the person you were always meant to be.
