As Executive Director of Outreach Optical, Dr. Hall provides leadership, clinical expertise, and strategic guidance to advance the organization's mission of expanding access to eye exams, eyewear, and vision care services throughout the community.

Dr. Hall is truly the heart and soul of the organization, bringing not only decades of experience, but his own assets and an unending compassion for the people of Flint. It is his life's work and legacy that made Outreach Optical possible. 

Julie Hall is a nonprofit professional specializing in grant writing, fundraising strategy, and community partnerships. She works to build sustainable programs that connect people with essential services and believes clear vision can create opportunities for education, employment, and independence. 

Julie is continuing her education in nonprofit management and public administration at a master's level.

Becky Nyhoff brings more than a decade of experience working alongside Dr. Chris Hall in the field of vision care. As an experienced optician, she has helped countless patients navigate their eye care needs while providing exceptional service and support.

As Vice President of Outreach Optical, Becky oversees day-to-day operations and helps ensure the organization delivers a welcoming, efficient, and patient-centered experience. Her industry knowledge, leadership, and dedication to serving others are instrumental in advancing our mission. 

Kayla Murphy brings experience in volunteer engagement, nonprofit operations, and community service. As Secretary and Volunteer Coordinator, she helps support board governance, coordinate volunteers, and strengthen Outreach Optical's connection to the community. Her passion for serving others and building meaningful relationships helps ensure volunteers feel welcomed, valued, and empowered to make a difference. 

Meghan Duengal is an experienced and highly sought after tax account that brings financial oversight and strategic planning experience to Outreach Optical.  As Treasurer, she helps ensure resources are managed responsibly so the organization can maximize its impact and long-term sustainability.
