• All OUSD staff at all school sites and departments are welcome to participate!

Dates:

• Slam Dunk Wellness will run from Monday, February 10 to Sunday, March 22.
• Registration opens Monday January 27 and closes Thursday, February 6.
• Late Registrants cannot be part of the team competition.

Prizes:

• There are prizes for the top 4 teams
• The first 200 people who register are eligible for a prize

Points:

• Log points daily Monday - Friday for 6 weeks
• Earn points for 7 important daily habits: exercise, produce servings, minimal screen time, breakfast, timeouts, stretching, and a team workout or meal.

Teams:

• Start planning your 5-person team now. To be part of the team competition, the team must be EXACTLY five people, no more, no less. Check out the Team Leader Toolkit below!
• Teams can have members from different school sites or departments.
• Once registration closes, teams cannot be changed.
• People CAN participate as individuals.
