If you are having a problem with access to Amplify, access to a class in mClass, or login issues, contact the helpdesk at helpdesk@ousd.org.
If you are getting an error message when testing in mClass, try the following troubleshooting steps:
Clear Chrome Cache
On your computer, open Chrome if it is not already open.
At the top right, click More (three vertical dots ⠇) and then Delete browsing data ( with the trash can icon 🗑️).
Choose the time range “All time” (You can try a shorter time period to see if it solves the problem.)
Select the types of information you want to remove. (“Cookies and other site data”) is recommended.
Click Delete data.
Close Other Amplify tabs in your browser
If you have other tabs in Chrome that are using Amplify, this can cause an error when testing. Close tabs so that you only have one tab that is using Amplify.

Use the Amplify support chat by clicking on the chat icon on the bottom right of any Amplify webpage.
Create a support ticket with Amplify.
Call Amplify Support at (800) 823-1969. Available Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. ET.
