Tier 3 (Highest Support)
Any student in Ignite/OpenLiteracy tutoring (auto-assigned, overrides all assessments)
Tier 2 (Targeted Support)
DL K-1: Well Below/Below Benchmark on Lectura Composite
DL K-1: 1+ grade levels below on Spanish iReady Phonics (if no Lectura)
SEI & DL 2-5: Well Below/Below Benchmark on DIBELS Composite
SEI & DL 2-5: 1+ grade levels below on English iReady Phonics (if no DIBELS)
Tier 1 (Core Instruction)
DL K-1: At/Above Benchmark on Lectura Composite
DL K-1: Early on grade level or higher on Spanish iReady Phonics (if no Lectura)
SEI & DL 2-5: At/Above Benchmark on DIBELS Composite

"No Tier Assignment: Insufficient Data" if no applicable scores

Literacy Tier Data walls shows student Literacy Tier, alongside their DIBELS/Lectura Composite (authorized users only)
