Mission

The mission of Castlemont’s Physical Education program is to develop the mind and body of the student, and promote a healthy lifestyle through standards-based instruction. With a quality physical education program in place, each student will be equipped with the knowledge and skills necessary to make responsible choices that will directly impact his/her longevity, health, and well-being, and the community in which they live.
