Can I cancel or move the date of my booking?

Yes you can with 24hrs notice. Any bookings cancelled after this time frame are referred to as an absence. To cancel or move the date of your booking, please contact the team via email: info@ourspacechildcare.co.uk or phone on: 07434849151 who can make these changes for you. Charges for your booking may still apply.

Where can I find the next Holiday Club dates on the booking system?

A list of the next bookable holiday club dates can be found on the booking system under the following location: ‘OurSpace Childcare, Northern Road, Aylesbury’.

Can I choose the times I need childcare for?

Due to how our system and clubs are run, we do not offer bespoke timings. All sessions are advertised as is. If you need additional care outside of these hours, there is a possibility these can be arranged at an additional cost. If parents need to collect earlier than a session end time, please contact us to arrange this.

Is food included in my booking?

A snack is included. For day sessions this may include two snacks.

Can I pick up early?

Yes, usually this is OK. For holiday club sessions this must be arranged in advance.

What activities do you provide?

Our sessions are child led and therefore we go with the flow of the children. In our breakfast and after school sessions, we have a selection of activities available. Examples of this include: colouring, outdoor play, construction, board games, cooking and craft to name a few.

Do you accept childcare vouchers?

Yes, we do accept childcare vouchers. When making your booking you can select childcare vouchers as your payment option.

Can I pay for my bookings in instalments?

Yes, please contact us via info@ourspacechildcare.co.uk to discuss your payment plan.

My child has additional needs, can they still attend the club?

Absolutely, YES! We welcome all children with any ability. We ask parents to provide as much information as you can about your child in the SEND medical section of the online registration form. A member of the OurSpace Team will be in touch with you to discuss further how we can support your child. If we can't guarantee their or our staff's safety, we may not be able to accept them onto our programme.
