Everywhere you look, there are nonprofits, recovery centers, and charities doing good work. They hand out food, vitamins, clothing. They keep people alive. I’ve received help from them myself — and I’m grateful.
But here’s the truth: none of it changes the system that keeps us needing handouts in the first place.
That’s where Horizon Initiative (HI) comes in.
HI isn’t a charity. HI isn’t a clinic. HI isn’t another nonprofit competing for grants.
HI is a catalyst.
We ask the questions no one else is asking:
Why are we working 40 hours a week and still barely surviving?
Why is every “solution” just another band-aid on a broken system?
What would it look like if ordinary people shaped the future directly?
HI acts differently too.
We create polls to hear from people, not politicians.
We build small prototypes — like swapping a fountain for a sink — to show communities can fix things themselves.
We recycle resources back into HI so the loop stays alive.
We’re not here to replace the nonprofits. We’re here to make them unnecessary one day.
⚡ Despite the chaos — we win.
