Meet the Primary 1 teachers for 2025 - 2026

Our ELCC is joined to the main school building which allows for many joined up experiences in Early Years. The children in our ELCC are in the main building every day to have lunch and on a Friday to use the gym hall. The children become familiar with the environment which supports ease of transition when entering primary 1. 

Our Early Years curriculum continues in primary 1 with a play based learning approach complimented by structed teaching and learning in key areas of Literacy and Numeracy and incorporates outdoor learning. We use our wonderful school environment well, including the classrooms, large open area and courtyard which are the main bases for teaching and learning in primary 1 - primary 3.
