"The parent council is made up of parents and carers whose children attend the school, the PC meet once a month (at the moment it’s virtually) to hear updates from the school and the church and to discuss any upcoming events or activities in the school.

We discuss what’s going on and give our thoughts and opinions which feed into some aspects of the schools planning.

A big part of what we do is fundraising, we organise fundraising events throughout the school year. The funds raised are used to benefit the children at the school like paying for treats for parties and special events and  buying the P7 leavers their hoodies etc.

We’re always delighted to get some help and suggestions with fundraising so please send your ideas our way!!!

We’re always keen to have new members, it’s really important that your views, ideas and opinions are shared and heard and that the community we live in is represented.

You don’t need any skills or experience because being a parent and a member of our school community is just what we need."
