As part of our S3 course our pupils carried out a Design and Make task where they developed their knowledge and practical skills in cake decorating. This is a highly skilled area where there are many career opportunities thanks to the influence of TV programs such as Great British Bake Off. The pupils created their own designs whilst gaining skills for progression into senior school.
