This is a highly skilled area where there are many career opportunities thanks to the influence of TV programs such as Great British Bake Off. The pupils created their own designs whilst gaining skills for progression into senior school.

On Wednesday 19th September 2108 a coffee morning was held in the Home Economics department in aid of Macmillan Nurses. A whopping £207 was raised!
Staff members were served an array of homemade, mouthwatering sweet treats and cakes by senior pupils who are currently studying Hospitality: Practical Cake Craft and Practical Cookery.
