Clydebank's Great British Bake off in Miss Nicolson's Hospitality Practical Cake Craft class - Aren't the results fabulous?
Please see Nationals section of our Home Economics page for pictures of some of the work our senior pupils have been producing in Hospitality: Practical Cookery and Hospitality: Practical Cake Craft.
As part of our S3 course our pupils carried out a Design and Make task where they developed their knowledge and practical skills in cake decorating. This is a highly skilled area where there are many career opportunities thanks to the influence of TV programs such as Great British Bake Off. The pupils created their own designs whilst gaining skills for progression into senior school.
