Our Sports Committee run a range of sporting events looking after the health and well-being of everyone in our school. Our Committee meet at least once a month and consists of children, Active Schools Co-ordinator, PT and a parent.

In September 2017, Christie Park Primary received the good news from Sportscotland that they had achieved the Sportscotland Gold Award. This is not an easy award to get so we are really proud of our achievement.

The award is valid for 3 years and the Sports Committee were due to submit their evidence, hopefully to renew the award, in June 2020.

Due to COVID-19 restrictions, our award has been extended for at least another year.
