This term we welcome some new students into Te Roto. This gives the students that started the year in Te Roto a great chance to be Tuakana in our class room setting. The tamariki are well settled into our class routines and learning. We will be starting Athletics training at the beginning of the term with a West Zone fun athletics day planned at Pamapuria School in Week 6. From Week 4 onwards we will also begin swimming lessons. All students are required to swim each lesson unless they have a note from home. Please ensure togs and a towel are packed each day. Swimming caps are optional but highly recommended. Term 4 is also a sun hat wearing term. Sun hats are available for the students to use a school, hats from home are also allowed.
This term we have Kapa Haka for a block of learning on a Thursday.
