 What is - Informal Theology Study?

- This is a new initiative from Scribes.

Many Bible learners want to do a B.D., M.Div., or other theology courses. But they can not go on residential studies.

- Some keen learners like to do distance education. But there are some limitations. Eligibility, exams, assignments etc. The Course fees also may come to around Rs. 75,000 to 1.5 Lakhs.

- This unique Scribes Seminary is for those who want to learn theology but do not wish to get a degree from a Theological college.

- Usually in B.D or M.Div level, in 2 to 3 years, they will cover 24 – 34 subjects.

- What we do in Scribes is to provide all the needed resources (through  Web links or PDFs) through a sky drive.

- Yet, the student will eventually learn practically everything an MDiv student studies in a regular distance education program.

- Interestingly one can join at any time. The Subjects are categorized as: Month One, and Month Two like that. So one can start from Month one at any time. One can take more than one month also to complete one subject. All the subjects are in Self Study Mode.
