o Beginners (K – 3^rd Grade)

o Advance (4^th – 8^th Grade)

Advanced

• Start Date: First Week of December
• Practice Days: Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays
• Practice Times: 6:00 – 7:30
• Objectives: Well Structured and Technique based practices. Preparing wrestlers for competitive matches and tournaments.

Beginners

• Start Date : First Week of March
• Practice Days: Mondays and Wednesdays
• Practice Times: 6:00 – 7:00
• Objectives: Basic Technique and fun active learning environment. Introduction to the sport of wrestling.
