Ohio STEM Learning Network State Design Challenge STATE Champs:

Each year the Ohio STEM Learning Network comes up with a statement to inspire students to become innovators and find unique solutions to a problem.  This year the challenge is “How can we secure our data, environment, or our way of life? Identify a focus and develop a plan, product or system that provides or improves security for someone or something.  The team of Xavier Johanning, Carter Menegay, and Ellie Starnes developed a program to support social and financial security of future generations by improving innovative education, supporting students in the school environment, and preparing them for their futures.  Their team not only won the local region but took home first place in the state!
