Mr. H's Math Class:

Space Station Zeta

Cyberspace, the final frontier

These are the voyages of SPACE STATION ZETA

Its one-year mission

To explore strange new subjects

To seek out new books

And new math equations

To boldly go where no student has gone before!

Welcome to Mr. H's Class!

Let's work together to create a classroom culture where everyone feels safe and respected for who they are, and is given what they need to develop new skills and expand their knowledge. Recovering from mistakes, embracing failure, and overcoming challenges are essential.

We are going to have a great year together!

About me

Hi! My name is Mr. Hendricks, and I’m excited to be returning to Osborn for my third year as an upper-grades math teacher and my ninth year overall. I first came to Osborn as an intern in ASU's iTeach program while I was earning my master's degree in education, and I've been continually astounded by the amazing students I get to teach every year since then. Each year presents a new opportunity to learn and grow as individuals and a community, and I can’t wait to see where this one takes us!

I was born and raised here in Arizona. My parents are both teachers, so I grew up spending more time at school than most kids. When I'm not teaching, I love to draw cartoons, play video games, watch movies, and read while cuddled up with my cats, Phoebe and Jimmy, and my dog, Shy. I'm always looking to learn and do new things!
