Every learner at OrmPS belongs to an #Oresome whanau group. These whanau groups represent our 4Cs and the learners will meet regularly with other learners across OrmPS to engage in discussion and activities, with a focus on one of the 4Cs for each term, e.g. Term 1 - Collaborative, Term 2 - Connected, Term 3 - Curious and Term 4 - Capable . Go to slide 7 to view the LH6 #Oresome whanau groups.
Every Learner in LH6 belongs to a hapu group. There is a Learning Coach for each hapu group and this is the person to see if parents/caregivers wish to seek or share information about their child.
LH6 Learners have been placed into a NZSL group. Every five weeks, on a Tuesday afternoon, their group will visit LH5 to learn sign language with a visiting educator. This will happen on a five week rotation.
