Rev. Shawn Kitzing -- Pastor Kitzing was installed at Our Redeemer on July 22, 2018. Before that he served Immanuel Lutheran, Loup City for 18 years. Pastor received his Master of Divinity degree in 2000 from Concordia Seminary St. Louis. He also has a Bachelor of Science degree in Broadcast Production, and a minor in Sports Communication from the University of Nebraska at Kearney.

A few of my favorite things: I love to spend time with my family, hunting, fishing, golfing, and helping my son work on his car. I am a big Husker Fan and a lifetime fan of the Kansas City Royals. I enjoy spending time outdoors experiencing God's beautiful creation.

Mr. Harlan Anson -- Mr. Anson is the Principal/Director of Youth and Outreach at Our Redeemer. He started teaching at Our Redeemer in 2006. Mr. Anson has a Bachelor of Arts degree and also a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education from Concordia University - Nebraska. He has also received his Master’s degree in Elementary Administration from Concordia University - Nebraska.

I love Our Redeemer because: I love being able to share the Good News of Jesus Christ with the students and families on a daily basis. And I love reaching out to members of our community with the love of Jesus. There is truly no greater blessing.
A few of my favorite things: I love spending time with my family, grilling, camping, and golfing. I am a big Husker fan and of course a Denver Broncos fan. GO BRONCOS!

Mrs. Lindsey Meyer -- Mrs. Lindsey Meyer is the Director of Our Redeemer Little Learners Childcare Center. She started at Little Learners in 2023. Mrs. Meyer studied psychology at Concordia University Nebraska. Before coming to Little Learner Mrs. Meyer was the Director at Bright Beginnings in Seward.

I love Our Redeemer because: I love that Our Redeemer creates a spiritually nurturing environment that allows students to share their educational experiences with peers of a variety of ages. There is something truly beautiful about watching older students take an interest in leading younger students. Our Redeemer supports not only their students, but their families as well. The congregation as a whole sees the good work being done at ORLS and stands with the students, staff, and families.
A few of my favorite things: I enjoy spending time outdoors with my family. We love trips to the Children's Zoo, exploring new places, playing soccer, supporting Riggs at his wrestling tournaments, and going for walks. When I get a spare moment, I like to sip coffee while reading a good book. Recently joining the wild world of being an NFL fan, what an emotional ride!

Mrs. Sarah Luebbe -- Mrs. Luebbe teaches preschool at Our Redeemer. She started teaching at Our Redeemer in 2015. Mrs Luebbe has a Bachelor of Science in Education from the University of Nebraska-Kearney and has also re-certified her teaching certificate through Concordia University-Nebraska.

I love Our Redeemer because: I love Our Redeemer because we are like a big family sharing God's love.
A few of my favorite things: I love spending time with my family and friends, working on my picture albums, attending my children's different activities, being outside, and teaching.

Mrs. Janelle Potratz -- Mrs. Potratz teaches kindergarten at Our Redeemer. She started teaching at Our Redeemer in 2005. Mrs. Potratz has a Bachelor of Science degree in Education from Concordia University - Nebraska. Before teaching at Our Redeemer she taught in Verdigre, NE and Las Vegas, NV.

I love Our Redeemer because: I love Our Redeemer because we can openly talk about and share the love of Jesus every day in all we do! I also love the family atmosphere at Our Redeemer. I see that when I watch older students helping out younger students --even if they aren’t siblings. I see it in so many other ways, too. I appreciate the support that parents and other family members give to our school. We could not do it without them!
A few of my favorite things: I love spending time with my husband, Kevin, and our family. I also enjoy walking and reading.

Mrs. Grace Moll -- Mrs. Moll teaches grades 1-2 at Our Redeemer. She started teaching at Our Redeemer in 2023. Mrs. Moll received her Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood Education from Concordia University.

I love Our Redeemer because: They deeply care for each and every student, parent, teacher, staff member, and person who walks into their school. I also love that I am able to openly teach about Jesus and share His gospel with everyone around me. We are so blessed to be able to have the freedom to do that here!
A few of my favorite things: I enjoy many outside activities like camping, hiking, and running, especially with my husband Ben and our family/friends. I also love singing, collecting plants, eating lifesaver gummies, and iced matcha lattes.

Mrs. Charity Schafer -- Mrs. Schafer teaches grades 3-5 at Our Redeemer. She also teaches music to the entire school. She started teaching at Our Redeemer in 2019. Mrs. Schafer has a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from Concordia University with a minor in Music.

I love Our Redeemer because: I love the Christ-centered community here at Our Redeemer, and I especially love that I have the freedom to help my students grow in both their academic learning and their faith.
A few of my favorite things: My favorite things include my family, making art & music, judging other people's font choices, reading, and spending time outside in God's creation. I also love cheering on the greatest NBA team in history, the Boston Celtics.

Mr. Court Croghan -- Mr. Croghan teaches grades 6-8 at Our Redeemer. He started teaching at Our Redeemer in 2023. Mr. Croghan has a Bachelor of Science degree in Education from Concordia University - Nebraska. Before teaching at Our Redeemer he taught at David City Public Schools and Raymond Central.

I love Our Redeemer because: I love being able to talk about the love of Jesus Christ and all of God's wonderful creations at all times of the day. I also love that I am in the same building as all the littles, so I get to watch them grow in life and faith from preschool until they leave my classroom in 8th grade.
A few of my favorite things: I enjoy spending time with my family and our pets, golfing, playing guitar, coaching, watching college football, and using Ted Lasso Quotes. I am a proud Lord of the Rings nerd. I also may have been born on the wrong continent, because I am a diehard Rugby and Soccer fan. MUNSTER & LIVERPOOL - C'MON YOU BOYS IN RED!
