Since 1998 lucas menegat has been involved with vws, being his first vw it was a german '59 stock that was his daily use car during several years.
Your current vw is this 1971 vw that was purchased immaculate in 2007 and the cal look customization has naturally been evolved in the configuration of this car, many times with attempts to look for a cal look typical from vw trends magazine.
In 2009 its first engine was a 1776cc ethanol (speedyboxer feat.) with nitro nos system that reached an amazing 228hps@5700rpm and the name "blue rabbit" lovingly exists for many reasons.
In 2019 the evolution of the cylinder has occurred, maintaining the engine confiability, even because it is a developed car to the streets and you will never be condemned to the race tracks.
The brazilian model "fuscão" look (70-73) has been changed to a 60's look, changing bumpers, engine hood, signals. the wheels also become 5 lugs model centerline wide 5. to complete use 145r15 tires and gene berg shifter.

Rafael´s - VW 1972 Sedan
Purchased in 2015, it was all original and still had period covers on the seats and a tired engine. In 2016, the engine was redone, still with simple carburetion, but extremely well built with a local preparer. In 2017, it was completely repainted in Lotus White and its interior was also redone.
After some time running without any very defined style, with the guidance of our brother-in-law Audy, we decided to transform the car into a Call Look and started making aesthetic adjustments with wheels, tires and some other aesthetic changes. Now the next changes aim to improve performance with double carburetion and a gearbox with a higher ratio.
