Our product is our people.  While papers, patents, and grants are important, these come from having a dynamic, creative, and cohesive team.  In our lab, we focus on developing the scientist.  With that, great science will come. 

In our work, we start with a great question, and then seek the technology to answer it.  As such, we highly value creativity, diversity, and willingness to learn and grow.  Also, while everyone has their role, none of our questions are answered by individuals - everything is achieved by teams.  Thus, ability to work with a dynamic and diverse group is very important.
