Many ELSI team members are former educators and have a passion for uplifting the voices of educators and those who work and support young children.
Having experienced the emotional labor and mental loads that educators experience daily, our team created an ELSI Well-being team. This team hosts monthly internal well-being meetings to encourage ELSI to practice and live out self-care and community care.
From there, we created external workshops and trainings specifically designed for educators and TA staff (QIS, QS, coaches, leaders, mentors) in the field of early learning.
