Our team is in the process of creating Training of Trainers (TOT) for some of our available trainings. Individuals who register and complete an ELSI TOT receive training materials and support to deliver and facilitate ELSI trainings to their networks and communities.
Roots of Resilience
This Training of the Trainers focuses on disseminating Roots of Resilience workshops within various settings, including Head Start, center-based, CCR&C communities. Applying foundations of Adult Learning Theory and Trauma Sensitive Environments, participants will practice the delivery of the workshop itself with coaching, support, and feedback from trainers.
