All About Mrs. Klug

I knew I wanted to be a teacher since I was in 1st grade! I taught for 7 years as a first grade teacher at Prairie View Elementary school, then decided to substitute teach in the Oregon School District where I did both long-term and day to day teaching. During that time I realized how much I wanted to teach 5th and 6th graders! I have completed 3 long-term teaching assignments here and am familiar with the curriculum and people at this amazing school. I love all animals, reading, sports, being outdoors, working with children and spending time with my family! I live with my husband Seth, 13-year-old son Ari, 11-year-old son Ace, 8-year-old daughter Avilee, our dogs Lululemon and Bruno Mars, our rabbits Honeybunches and Betsy, our hamster Wilson and our pet spider Kendrick Lamar. My number one priority is to optimize students' opportunities for growth and learning in any way possible.
