You are required to have all forms turned in and registered with the athletic office.
Forms: Students participating in Oregon High School athletics must register online and provide a current WIAA Physical. Both requirements should be completed at least a week before the first practice. Check the physical Expiration Dates resource on the districts Athletic Page. If a student is not signed up through the on-line registration system and does not hand in their physical the week before practice starts, it may impact their ability to attend the first day of practice (and beyond).
