Prerequisite: sophomore, junior or senior standing

Stay involved and improve your skills in recreational activities! You can participate in singles, doubles, and team sports with many selections of different sports over the course of the semester. You will have the opportunity to choose from two activities for every unit. Challenge yourself to develop your skills in tennis, softball, lacrosse, flag football, archery, table tennis, pickle ball, indoor soccer, volleyball, basketball activities, badminton, and a variety of other games.

Fine tune your techniques and tactical strategies in recreational activities! You can participate in singles, doubles, and team sports with many selections of different sports over the course of the semester. You will have the opportunity to choose from two activities for every unit. Challenge yourself to expand your skills in golf, tennis, softball, lacrosse, flag football, archery, bowling, table tennis, pickle ball, indoor soccer, volleyball, basketball activities, badminton, and a variety of other games. Non-mandatory field trips will be taken to the driving range, golf course, and bowling alley.

Racquet Sport Development: tennis, table tennis, badminton, pickle-ball, and one wall racquet ball. Stay involved and improve your racquet skills at a high level intensity! Fine tune your techniques and tactical strategies. You can participate in singles and doubles tournaments. Challenge yourself to expand your skills in tennis, badminton, table tennis, pickle ball, eclipse ball, and speedminton.
