For those looking for an origami challenge, try the flexagon.

Hint: The flexagon will be stiff when it is finished. Rotate it carefully, pressing the folds as needed until it moves smoothly.

It took me about 15 minutes (and a few tries!) in real time to make the flexagon. Don't give up!
