For my senior project I built a greenhouse using sustainably sourced materials and put it to use with the goal of extending the growing season. 

My goals for this project were to:

• Design and build a functional greenhouse 

• Grow and harvest greens by May

• Get comfortable working with power tools 

• Use repurposed and sustainably sourced materials as much as possible

I am passionate about the project because I am able to put it to use and see the real outcomes of the work I've done. I expect that it will be a positive addition to our house and to our way of living not just for this year but for as long as the greenhouse remains usable.
