My Product has two parts. The first part is the medal I got from completing the Spartan Race. The second part is a "Couch to Spartan Race" training program that will prepare the average person to complete a Spartan Race.

I trained for the Spartan Race over the summer. It was about 12 weeks of running and weight-lifting. My mentor Richard gave me both a running and weight-lifting program that he would update as I became stronger and gained more endurance.

The Base Build is important to train movements and introduce the person to the gym.

The Improve Strength phase is important because it is meant to build strength and introduce the person to lifting heavy weight and pushing themselves to the limit.

The Improve Muscular Endurance is meant to improve the amount of time someone can endure a moderate amount of weight.

Comp Ready Phase is about maintenance, and preserving the persons muscles to be ready for the Spartan Race.
