I am Avery Sears and my senior project is to complete a Spartan Race and to write a training program to prepare anyone for a spartan race. I started training for the race June 21, 2021. The date of my race was September 12, 2021. Throughout this project I learned how to accept and conquer mental and physical obstacles. This skill can be applied to the Spartan Race and anything unexpected in life.
