We are excited about a new opportunity to collaborate with Orange High School!
The Guidance Counselors and Gifted Intervention Specialists at Orange High School collaborate with classroom and special education teachers to support students’ cognitive, academic, and social-emotional growth. One of the most meaningful ways we would like to enrich the journey of our students is through a new career exploration program, Career Compass. We are looking to expand the real-world learning opportunities we offer students during the 2025–26 school year, and we hope community members will consider getting involved in one or more of the following ways:
Guest Speaker (in person or virtual)
Career Exploration Field Trip (at your workplace, supported by OHS staff)
Career Day Participant (in person or virtual at Orange High School)
Job Shadowing Host (for a short, half-day or full-day visit)
Mentor (ongoing guidance based on shared career interests)
Internship Provider (paid or unpaid, time commitment up to you)
Senior Project Sponsor (up to 4 weeks in May 2026)
Whether you can give an hour or a month, your involvement will make a lasting impact on our students’ futures.
If you are interested in joining us, please complete the Google form linked here. We would be thrilled to have you on board!
If you have any questions or would like to talk more about what’s involved, feel free to reach out.
