Overview of the Public Service Announcement (PSA) Task

Your final product for this authentic learning unit is to create a Public Service Announcement (PSA) designed to inform and persuade your chosen audience about the impact of teens using social media. This project will allow you to explore and communicate the effects of social media on adolescent brains, drawing on facts from class texts and presenting them through an engaging, creative format.

Components of the PSA

Engaging Visuals
- Your PSA should include at least two different types of visuals that support the facts and information presented. These may include:
