Extensions are small software programs that customize the browsing experience. They enable users to tailor Chrome functionality and behavior to individual needs or preferences. They are built on web technologies such as HTML, JavaScript, and CSS. -developer.chrome.com
Where can my student find extensions to install?
Students are able to install whitelisted extensions only (district approved) from the Chrome Web Store links below. Extensions should be added judiciously and at the direction of your student's teacher(s). While extensions enhance the Chrome browser, they can also slow down or create unintended effects during a Google Meet or Zoom meeting.
*Troubleshooting extensions - If your student's Chrome/Google apps begin to malfunction, try removing installed extensions and restarting the Chromebook to resolve the issue(s).
