INDEPENDENT READING
Book Talks: You will produce a short video about a book you have read during each quarter.
VOCABULARY
Membean is an online, individualized vocabulary program. At home, students are required to complete a minimum of 30 minutes (ideally two 15-minute sessions) of Membean a week with a goal of at least 70% accuracy to earn full points.

GRAMMAR
We will be using DOL (Daily Oral Language) or Daily Language Review (DLR) in class daily with a quiz every Friday.
We will be practicing NES (No Excuse Spelling) during the first quarter. There are 9 weekly lessons with quizzes each Friday.
