Students will be taking a challenging and fast-paced class that emphasizes Common Core Standards and preps students for Geometry and beyond. Topics covered in this course include representing functions in multiple ways, solving systems, solving simple and complex equations, solving contextual word problems, and manipulating different types of expressions. Students will also be encouraged to look for patterns and make generalizations!

They will also be working on articulating and communicating their thoughts and problem-solving strategies so that it is easy for others understand.
