1. Getting a Contact Lens Exam: Our contact lens examination will help you find the best contact lenses for your eyes and visual needs. Book your appointment today!

2. Ordering With Your Current Contact Lens Prescription: Bring in your prescription, or email it over, and we will be happy to complete your contact lens order. You can choose between having the contact lenses shipped to your house, or to our office. 

1. Wash Your Hands: Make sure that you always clean your hands with soap and water, and dry them with a lint free towel, before you touch your contact lenses. Alcohol-based hand cleansers can actually burn your eyes! 

2. Avoid These Activities:  Do not sleep, shower, or swim in your contact lenses. If you must shower or swim in your contacts, make sure that you are wearing daily disposable lenses and that you avoid getting water into your eyes. If you do get water into your eye, remove your lenses right away and wear glasses or put in a brand new pair of daily disposable contacts

3. Hairspray Before, Makeup After: If you're getting ready for a night out, put on your hairspray before your contacts, or close your eyes and ask someone else to spray your hair. In contrast, you should put your makeup on after your contact lenses.
