Welcome to the Windom Library!
Hello from Mrs. Tempestoso, your School Library Media Specialist!
The 2024-2025 school year marks my 13th year serving Orchard Park families. This is my second year at Windom Elementary! Prior to my time at Windom, I was the school librarian at Orchard Park Middle School for 11 years.
I am thrilled to be able to bring books to your child with authors and illustrators from diverse backgrounds and experiences. My job is to collaborate with teachers on research projects, build a collection that is aligned with the classroom curriculum and available for all library users, as well as assist students in becoming lifelong learners and readers of the 21st century. I look forward to working with many students, teachers, and parents throughout the school year.
