Senior Portrait Information

Senior Portrait Submission

• Portraits may be uploaded into our software directly at the eShare Link (This link will take you to the Varsity eShare site)

School code: 474714127

• Photos can also be submitted via CD/DVD/zip drive to the yearbook mailbox in the House 3 office. Please label with the student's name and homeroom so that we may return the CD/DVD/zip drive to the student.

• If submitting on a CD/DVD/zip drive, please submit photos in .jpeg file format only 

Portrait Submission Deadlines: 

Deadline for Upstate Customers 

October 30th, 2026: You must choose your portrait through Upstate’s website by this date. Upstate will automatically send us your digital portrait. You do not have to submit anything to us.

Deadline for Outside Photographers

October 30th, 2026: You or your photographer must submit a digital portrait to us no later than this date. No paper submissions will be accepted.
