The purpose of the Neighborhood Street Reconstruction Program (NSRP) is to reconstruct neighborhood streets that have come to the end of their useful life. The program involves full replacement of the pavement from asphalt to concrete, and replacement of curb and gutter, sidewalk, and street lights. Stormwater drainage is evaluated and increased when it does not meet current standards.
