My Mission

I seek to create moments for all voices to be heard in order to ignite positive change in organizations. I believe that every individual has the power to effect meaningful change and that together, through organizations, we have the power to realize a more positive future for individuals and our world.

My consulting story

I started Operate Well Consulting in 2021 with the goal of making small business owners' work easier, applying my industrial engineering and process improvement expertise.

In 2023, inspired to learn more about what make organizations run well, I went back to school to study Organizational Development and Leadership at Fielding Graduate University, where I obtained a Master of Arts in 2024.

My consulting practice is in a place of growth and expansion as I apply my new knowledge and experience to empower and support others in new ways, specifically through the lens of Organizational Development.
