Your kindergartner will receive an ipad within the first few weeks of school. More informaiton will come later. However, these are some apps that may be used and available on the ipads. Please click on the sub pages underneath this Technology Tab for more information.
Clever
Clever is a portal that stores many student logins and makes it easier for students to get into apps with accounts independently by removing their need to remember and type usernames and passwords. Please use your child's QR code that I sent home to log into Clever.
Zearn, Moby Max and Freckle
Zearn, Moby Max and Freckle are math apps that are self paced and cover various concepts throughout the school year.
Lexia
Lexia is a self-paced phonemic awareness and phonics program. Students should work on Lexia without help from an adult because Lexia provides detailed information to the teacher about how students are doing so the teacher can follow up and provide individualized instruction.
RazKids
RazKids is a library of leveled books for students to practice reading. Students start by listening to a book, then they practice reading it on their own, and can eventually answer comprehension questions about the book. Students earn stars by doing these activities which allows them to create a robot or decorate a spaceship. Please note that the books will change throughout the year.
