These resources below are books that you can read with your learners that focus on the learning object that breaks down words with 2 or more syllables. The books we found, were in a digital format that had adaptability in providing close captioning, options to change the language , font size and colour, verbal read aloud of the words, and control of the speed of the video. While having a UDL perspective within our learning object, we provided the links for the digital version of these books and to obtain the actual book at different stores in case your learners learn best with tangible resources or don't have access to the digital version.
If you are curious what is available even closer to you, check in your library and see if they have a tactile or auditory version of the book you're looking for!

This book is read by Vanessa Marano while Katie LeClerc is beside her using American Sign language to read the book. Each page is motion animation of the pages moving while it was being read verbally and the sign language interpreter was visibly on the right side throughout the whole book, making it easy to follow along to. This story provided more inclusive options as some learners with hearing impairments have a hard time reading along to the close captions so having a person providing sign language allows those learners to benefit from this book as well.
