• Each lesson has a detailed lesson plan for teachers

• Option to have code.org read the instructions aloud

• Multiplatform: works on any device with a web browser and works on mobile devices. No download required

• Includes scaffolding for basic computer use (drag and drop with a mouse or touch controls, depending on the device used)

• Need student accounts to save progress (although these can be set up by the teacher in advance)
