Deborah Allan is an experienced Ontario educator with over 30 years of teaching experience with the Keewatin-Patricia District School Board, working across Family Studies, Humanities, Special Education, and e-learning environments. She has held a range of roles, including classroom teacher, Special Education Resource Teacher, and Dual Credit instructor, supporting diverse learners in both credit and non-credit secondary programs. Deborah brings extensive experience in inclusive education and is currently pursuing a Master of Education at Ontario Tech University. She is committed to fostering equitable and accessible learning environments and has a particular interest in how arts integration can support diverse learners through multiple forms of expression, creativity, and meaningful engagement.

Alexis Colautti is an Educational Assistant with five years of experience at the Kawartha Pine Ridge District School Board, supporting students across diverse learning needs. She holds a degree in Education Studies with a focus on equity, diversity, and inclusion, and is currently pursuing a Master of Education at Ontario Tech University. Alexis is passionate about creating inclusive learning environments that foster accessibility, creativity, and student success through innovative strategies such as arts integration.
