It is unlikely. We prefer to start all entry-level teammates together in classes so they can attend training, participate in ongoing mentorship and build their network. We find this creates a strong, cohesive class that provides a great support system as you grow your career at OnPrem.

Yes, you can still apply. If you do not have previous work experience, you would be aligned with our incoming analyst class. If you have previous work experience, that will be taken into consideration. We typically hire directly from undergraduate degrees and do not prioritize MBA's.

We typically target between 40-45 billable hours per week and expect training, industry research and/or internal efforts to be a few hours in addition. We value finding a balance between project work, internal work and your home life.
Our consulting team must be based in our largest office in Los Angeles, CA or our growing office in New York, NY. Our development team is based in Austin, TX.
There is always the possibility of travel in consulting. It varies depending on your project placement. Typically, we try to limit travel and align folks with their home office location.
We have a 360 degree performance management program that starts with setting goals annually, recurring mentor meetings and project lead meetings, quarterly feedback cadence, an annual midyear discussion and end of year compensation evaluation and promotion cycle.
