Readjust ITB- After you reset the ITB, ensure that ITB and a transfer-roller-disengagement sensors are properly connected. Also, check connection between ITB and DC controller PCA.

Check ITB- Test the ITB fully by switching off the printer & removing wire. If you find the flag  destructed then replace it. Futher, ensure that sensor SR9 is tested fully. Press “HOME” then “diagnostics” button. After tapping “OKAY” go for “Manual Sensor Test”. From ITB Cavity remove SR9 flag & look the sensor response on the display.
