Canon Printer error 1007

Error 1007 in your printer indicates that your printer has stopped working because there is no paper present in the upper cassette. This message usually occurs when you are printing an item set for 4”×6” or 5”×7” photo paper.

1. The source of the paper is incorrect.

2. The upper cassette is out of paper.

3. The paper has not been loaded correctly.

4. This message appears when printing on 4”×6” or 5”×7” photo paper.

 Here are the solutions to fix error code 1007

1. Please load the paper in the upper cassette. Make sure it is properly loaded before printing.

2. Please ensure that you insert the paper in the correct paper source that is suitable for the size of the paper.

3. The cassette (upper) can hold small-size photo paper such as 4" x 6" (10 x 15 cm) or 5" x 7" (13 x 18 cm), or Hagaki.

4.  When loading paper, align the paper guides with both edges.
